Then, life threw in a plot twist—my dad suffered a severe stroke, and I suddenly became a caretaker, too. 

Time? Yeah, it basically disappeared into a black hole. I quickly saw that if I wanted to survive (let alone thrive), I needed more than just good intentions—I needed systems.

So, I built them. Simple, flexible routines that actually worked in real life. I learned how to manage my business, my home, and my sanity without constantly feeling behind.
