And through Simplify Life, I help mamas build systems and routines that hold up when life gets overwhelming, and the coffee is ice cold.

I've always been a planner. I genuinely thought that meant I had things figured out.
Then motherhood arrived. Loudly.
A sleepless newborn. A husband working back-to-back nursing shifts during COVID. A dad who'd just had a stroke. And in the middle of all of it — a luxury photography brand I'd built from scratch and sacrificed too much to let go of.
No village. No backup. Just me.
Here's the part that still makes me laugh: I have a Master's in social work. I understood burnout. I was drowning in it anyway.
So I built systems. Not because I wanted to, but because I had to keep going. The ones that survived that season became Simplify Life.
Two businesses. One origin.
Now I photograph the moments worth holding for my community. And through Simplify Life, I help other mamas around the world build what held me, so they get to feel more like themselves again, too.
