A classy couple calls for classy engagement photos! Jacob’s studying at Yale and Macall’s a dentist. Is there a better definition of a power couple out there?! I mean really, add their photogenic nature to all of that and 🎇! They traveled down from Connecticut for the holidays and made time for us to capture their engagement session at Bluff View Art District in the midst of all of it!
The weather forecast called for rain, but it held off! We had an overcast day, but if you’ve ever had a session with me, you know that means we can do a LOT more in a LOT of different places since the sun isn’t harsh! That’s just what happened during Macall & Jacob’s session!
Their first date was at Rembrandts, so of course we had to shoot in the Bluff View Art District area! This is unique spot to try to get photos at because a permit is required and there’s some red tape. I was so excited to have a reason to go for it because the locations are beautiful! Macall’s outfit choices were the perfect complement to them too! I mean, just look at the fashionable fur purse she even had! STILL SWOONING! Jacob dressed like the classy gentleman he is, which matched Macall stunningly! Like I said, these two are the definition of a power couple!!
It was chilly, but Macall and Jacob kept such good spirits and were up for any suggestions, even one of them heading down an underground stairwell, ha! We think that it was all worth it! The previews of their classy engagement photos speak for themselves!
