The Roth family? Champions of the Arctic Blast 2025. 🥶 I’d been waiting all year for this gingko to pop off in golden glory. It did not disappoint this fall. This fall gingko tree session showed out exactly how I imagined—bold, buttery yellow, and absolutely giving main character energy. ✨
But nature also had… other plans. Because on the session day? SNOW. Literal snow. ❄️
Even with a wind chill of 20 degrees, because of our packed schedules, we decided to brave it. The sun gave us a quick cameo. The kids gave it their all. And Oscar the pup? He gave us full stick-fetching, leaf-munching chaos energy (the best kind). He’s been with them since baby days—cue all the feels–so it only felt appropriate for him to be included too. 🐾
We didn’t get to chat as much as I’d hoped (your lips literally freezing will do that, haha), but I know they’re my kind of people. Adventurous, fun, and total troopers.
We ended the session with the kids warming up in the truck while mom and dad had their own moment in front of the camera—because hello, they deserve it! I mean, they had kids when they were BOTH in CRNA school. Wowzers!
And if you can believe it, it was full-on snowing by the time I got home…in NOVEMBER! So wild. I’m so proud of what we captured and so excited that I got to serve the Roth family during this season of their lives. Thanks for having me, guys!
