Apple Orchard Photo Shoot | Chattanooga Portrait Photographer

I’m a sucker for Fall colors, and boy did I get giddy when I stumbled across this apple orchard photo shoot location! From past years’ disappointments, I knew that the leaves would drop sooner than later. So, I texted my brother and his girlfriend practically begging them to let me photograph them and their sweet love. 15 minutes photographing their love did not disappoint.

My brother, Grant, met Ashley when they were Freshmen in high school. They quickly realized they were two peas in a pod and became good friends. Ashley even asked Grant to a banquet, which many years later, makes for one of the most adorable photos! 🙂 While Grant was in high school, I remember him becoming very bashful whenever he’d return from “taking a call” and I’d ask who it was. The answer was always, “just a friend,” yet he had a twinkle in his eye. I knew better! 🙂 Later in high school, they FINALLY became official.

This past Fall, BOTH Ashley & Grant moved across the country to begin their college career here in Southeast Tennessee. I love having my brother nearby and getting to know Ashley more. It’s fun to be around their sweet love…the previews from our short time together show it! 🙂 It’s a blessing to be even a small part of their relationship and watch it grow. Being an older sister is really one of the coolest things! Plus, I always have “models” for my random session ideas, ha!

Ashley & Grant – thanks so much for having insane patience with me while I used your photos to onboard with a private editor and celebrated the holidays. I hope you believe these previews were worth the wait! They’re adorable! I love you guys! Now come back from Christmas break so we can have more fun! 🙂
