Cozy Photo Shoot with Lookout Mountain Views in Downtown Chattanooga | Chattanooga Wedding Photographer
Laura & Robert won’t have a typical six-month engagement. Robert is heading off to Army training, and he won’t return until two days before the wedding!!! So, their life is moving fast right now before he leaves. This meant that we needed to be able to do their engagement session just a week after booking! This made me anxious, because we were booking during my already fully booked Fall season. SOMEHOW I was able to make ONE date free up, and it worked with all of our schedules! This really sealed the deal that we were meant to work together. 🙂
Throughout Laura & Robert’s engagement session I just kept saying how lucky I am to be working with a couple who are so fun-loving and in-tune with each other. I also always know when I’m working with the right couple when they’re willing to do whatever it takes for the perfect spot during the most gorgeous time of day. We made a half mile, brisk walk to the filed location that features Lookout Mountain in the background. Laura & Robert looked great, while I was the awkward kid rolling a big, heavy camera case behind me, ha! I think it’s safe to say their photographer will do whatever it takes too! 🙂
Laura found me on Instagram, and oh boy am I glad about it! Not only did I gain new clients, I believe I gained new friends too. Come Spring, Robert will be back (granted only two days before the wedding!), and they’ll have their intimate wedding at Robert’s parent’s new GORGEOUS farmhouse and acreage. What a beautiful reunion it’ll be for everyone. 🙂
Until then, I hope these previews of your engagement session bring you back to all the warm fuzzies of being together, Laura & Robert. I know they give me some feels and remind me of all the laughs and our own inside jokes that we created together. Though I know I could never have as many inside jokes as you two do. <3 See you soon!
