I am usually all for romantic, soft whimsical vibes, but the modern aesthetic of Parkside Hall might have just stolen my heart! It is still soft and timeless but the details are also sharp. It’s a truly special venue in Chattanooga and there’s so much to love about it.
INDOOR/OUTDOOR VIBES
Parkside Hall has it all. The space is flexible with ample indoor and outdoor space making your wedding celebration truly unique. The event space, covered patio and courtyard are expansive allowing for up to 250 guests! Parkside Hall really pulled out all the stops on their covered patio too. Bistro lights and a perfect tiled fireplace that can hold the floral arrangement that dreams are made of…while being mostly outside – it is GORGEOUS.
UNIQUE TOUCHES
The event space boasts unique vertical white wooden paneled walls that are a blank canvas. If you’ve dreamed of a floral arch or showpiece, the white wall at the end of the aisle is ready for your vision! Photographing brides with rich colored flower arrangements in front of the bright white walls is just stunning. Everything in Parkside Hall just pops! Elsewhere in the room that is open enough to accommodate any floor plan or layout, are the concrete floors and the best black and white checkered dance floor.
The black industrial touches on the ceiling add an edgy element that brings the modern space to life. And the glass globe lights that hang from the ceiling brings a balance of softness.
The vertical wood element carries through in other areas of the Parkside Hall venue. A lighter beech wood color runs floor to ceiling. The wall is illuminated by downlighting and is another great backdrop for photos.
GETTING READY
Oh and that dressing room, well it is swanky. It’s modern and fresh and I can see the bride spinning around in her wedding dress loving getting ready for her wedding day in this space. A private bathroom and courtyard too offers moments of solace before the fun and ceremony gets underway! It’s a great room for you and your bridesmaids!
AMENITIES
I spend most of the day with my couples and I love that Parkside Hall offers 13-hour event space rentals. It may seem like a lot of time but from set-up until the party ends, Parkside Hall gives you ample time to enjoy the space.
The white bentwood chairs that are provided in the venue rental are also perfect for the modern mix and soft feel of the space and they add to the overall feel of the venue whether inside or out. And believe it or not, I love detail shots of chairs and these white ones are so my taste! And while I’m getting detail shots, the Parkside Hall staff performs all of the set-up and tear down of venue furniture so you can focus on you and your wedding day.
