A Winter Wedding at Lee University Chapel and Black Fox Farms | Chattanooga Wedding Photographer
Brittany & Vlad made me want to experience my wedding day all over again. The day was busssyyyyy, but their excited/nervous anticipation before the ceremony, the thrilling feeling of walking down the aisle as Mr. and Mrs., and the joy that comes with sharing that experience with loved ones was contagious! From hankerchiefs made out of Brittany’s mothers and grandmother’s wedding dress to Brittany’s favorite pet, Beta fish, swimming in her vase at the bridal table at te=he reception at Black Fox Farms, nothing went unconsidered. The amount of details and sentiments sprinkled throughout their wedding day was endless. Since I’m a sap, I totally caught the “love bug,” and found myself day-dreaming about when my own child will be experiencing such a day! Let me change the subject and NOT get too sappy here… 🙂
Their day took place at Lee University’s Chapel and Black Fox Farms. I’ve ALWAYS wanted to photograph a wedding at Black Fox Farms, but especially one during Winter! Not only do they have HUGE trees delivered from Oregon that make the barn smell of Christmas trees, but every single possible object inside AND outside is wrapped, strung, or hung with the most twinkly lights! It’s dreamy. Truly something to be experienced! But somehow, Brittany & Vlad’s reception elevated it even more!
Below are tons of previews of the details! Keep scrolling, because they’re beautiful! If you weren’t present during the reception, their bound to make you wish you were a part of the day or inspire you for your own Big Day! I mean c’mon—-a “Love is Brewing” hot drink bar, fire pits, cozy blankets “to have and to hold in case you get cold,” and dancing??? (P.S. Her Aunt Terry did a large part of the decorating and shared that all the decorations are hers that she’s collected over time from her daughters’ weddings! What?! And look how amazing it came out!!! I still think you could make something BIG out of your talent, Terry!)
Brittany’s parents describe Brittany & Vlad’s love as an “answered prayer.” As a mom now, it’s pretty easy for me to see why. Spend a couple hours with them, and you’ll find that their love’s filled with so much life, attentiveness for each other, and hilarious inside jokes…they even got me giggling behind the camera, and I don’t know what they’re about, ha! 🙂 Thank you, Brittany & Vlad for trusting me to capture the story of your wedding day and giving me the opportunity to be around a love like yours. I’m one blessed photographer! 🙂
