Senior sessions are a joy to photograph because it reminds me of some of my favorite times in life when I wasn’t “adulting” quite yet, my clothes fit perfectly, and I felt like I could take on the world. 🙂 Photographing Madi’s Senior Session was no different, such a joy. In fact, when I was talking to Madi during her senior session at Lee campus, I felt like I was talking to myself. We had so many similarities!
Madi’s a girl after my own heart. She’s a scholar in Collegedale Academy’s Honors program, and as if that wasn’t enough of a challenge, she’s also been taking college courses while in highschool! During our time together, she mentioned that her sister was the “sporty one,” but from what I hear from our mutual friends, Madi’s quite the softball player. 🙂 She plans to attend Southern Adventist University (my alma mater) and major in Communications. I also went to Southern and started out as a Comms major! As if all these things weren’t similar enough to me, Madi also does photography! TWINNING!
I had so much fun with you, Madi! I know there’s some uncertainty that comes with graduating, but like I said to you, you’re more prepared than you think you are! I pray that you excel AND enjoy your collegiate journey (something I didn’t do so well!). There are just a few more weeks until graduation, so to get you even more pumped for it, here’s some previews of our time together on Lee campus! CONGRATS! <3
