When I first saw Ocoee Crest, I let out an audible “Woah.” This wedding venue is jaw-dropping; truly a stunner and absolutely beautiful. Ocoee Crest is easily one of East Tennessee’s most scenic wedding venues with views that seem to span for miles!
From the moment you visit, you can tell that Ocoee Crest was thoughtfully curated with no detail or corner of the venue overlooked. The indoor/outdoor venue first has the best lighting! The largest all-glass garage bay doors I’ve ever seen bring an industrial vibe that is perfectly balanced with elegant chandeliers in the grand hall. The indoor event space truly is grand – 9000 sq ft! Of course, that includes bridal suites, bathrooms, a kitchen, and more but the open floor is 6,500 sq ft alone! Even with the space which is able to hold up to 250 people, it is still a very intimate venue. Perhaps the intimate feeling comes from the sweeping views of the mountains and nature that make you feel small.
Bride & Groom Suites
The Bridal Suite is relaxing and inviting. It is a crisp, clean, and cozy space that is perfect to get ready for your big day! The bridal suite is not to be outdone by the bridesmaids’ suite which also boasts a full bathroom and plenty of hair and makeup getting-ready space. Both are so thoughtfully designed and warm. The Groom and Groomsmen are not forgotten. The guys have their own masculine spot to hang out in and get ready as they prepare for the ceremony!
Picturesque Ceremony Space
While you will spend a good amount of time in the suites getting ready for the wedding itself, you will be counting down the moments until you can explore the rest of the venue. While you have the choice of an indoor or outdoor ceremony, one look at the outdoor amphitheater will have you definitely going for an outdoor ceremony! You can bring in traditional chair seating or use the amphitheater seating but either way, the views of the mountains are breathtaking and the perfect backdrop for your treasured wedding photos. The pergola arbor is completely picturesque and the “I do’s” at this spot are sure to be memorable. The team at Ocoee Crest also made sure to design a perfect bridal reveal moment. With floating barn doors on a private walkway from the bridal suite, you can stay behind closed doors until your aisle walk. I love a good bridal reveal and the photos I can capture alongside a second shooter from both directions. Goosebumps!
Extra Amenities & Offerings
Wedding day packages at Ocoee Crest are so robust! A golf cart with a driver to transport you on the property is quite a perk! The side patio with bistro lights (my personal fav), is perfect for cocktail hours and is nearby the food prep area for your approved caterer. Your package also includes planning meetings with the great Ocoee staff, and access to all of the spaces dedicated to brides and grooms the day of – it really is the full package! One of my favorite offerings of Ocoee Crest though is the scheduled access for engagement or bridal portraits ahead of the wedding. Engagement photos – a total given! We love engagement photos and they make perfect ‘save the date’ images. The bridal portraits are one of my favorite offerings for these five reasons.
